Comedy Circus fame comedian Sidharth Sagar is again in a terrible state! The standup comedian who was doing well for himself after coming out of drugs has been sent to rehab centre to due to overdose states a report in etimes.

The 29-year-old comedian had managed to come out of the dark phase after a long battle with substance abuse and was even doing well in career. He was also a part of 'Comedy show' judged by Farah Khan, though he is no more a part of the Comedy Show and is replaced by Jamie Lever.

It all started when Sidharth recently went missing from the shoot and ETimes TV has reported that cops found him in a very bad state on August 26th night and they called his mother, who was in Delhi at that time.

The report further added that Sidharth's mother Alka Sagar got him admitted to a rehab and currently he is getting treated there. Sidharth’s mother is now heading to Mumbai to be with her son also added that he was undergoing treatment for bipolar disorder.

His mother told etimes, "I had got a call from the police station that Sidharth Sagar was found in a bad state and he only remembered my name and number and they called me up. They asked me to take him from there. The tragic part is whenever he has got into such a situation none of his friends, well wishers or anyone has come forward to help him. It has always been his parents but he has never understood to value his family. I am a mother and I want him to get out of the situation. I have always been around him and never let him be alone, but unfortunately I had to travel to Delhi for my pet who was unwell and later passed away. We came here and we got a call about Sidharth. I am yet to figure out what exactly went wrong."

On a related note, four years ago, Sidharth Sagar had accused his parents, and especially his mother, Alka Sagar for forcefully keeping him in an asylum and managing his finances without his knowledge. However, last year in an interview, Sidharth gave credit to his mother for supporting him and getting him out of the dark phase. He reunited with his parents and even claimed to be clean and out of drugs and that his relationship with his parents was back to what it was three years ago.

But now looks like the actor has gone into substance abuse once again and we hope he comes out of the phase soon.
