Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Spotted Without Wedding Ring Amidst Ongoing Separation Rumours, Watch Video

For months, rumours have been circulating that Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan are about to split. Now, the actress is seen without her wedding ring.

New Delhi: Speculation over Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's trouble relationship with husband Abhishek Bachchan has been fuelled by her recent sighting in Dubai sans her wedding ring. Fans and onlookers noticed that Aishwarya Rai wasn't wearing her wedding band when she and her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, attended the SIIMA Awards.

An Instagram video shows Aishwarya Rai accepting a bouquet from a fan and being greeted with enthusiasm by the event organisers. While they strolled across the hall, she was seen holding Aaradhya. The actor chose casual attire for her arrival in Dubai. Aishwarya looked stunning in a black outfit, but her missing wedding band caught everyone's attention. The video's subsequent virality has only served to fuel the divorce speculation.

Abhishek and Aishwarya have remained mum on the matter, despite widespread speculation and discussion of divorce rumours on social media. The couple tied the knot in 2007 in a small, extravagant ceremony. After meeting in 1999 during a photo shoot for their film 'Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke', they became friends and eventually fell in love while filming 'Umrao Jaan' in 2005 and 2006. Aaradhya, their daughter, was born in 2011.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Work Front

On the work front, Aishwarya's latest appearance was in 'Ponniyin Selvan 2', directed by acclaimed filmmaker Mani Ratnam. In this sequel to the 2022 film 'Ponniyin Selvan: I', she portrayed two characters, Nandini and Mandakini Devi. Among the other actors and actresses featured in the film are Chiyaan Vikram, Trisha Krishnan, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, and Sobhita Dhulipala. After that, she didn't sign up for any further films.

Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan made his last appearance in R Balki's 'Ghoomer'.
