Shreya Ghoshal’s X Account Hacked: Singer Warns Fans Against Clicking Links
Renowned Indian singer Shreya Ghoshal has issued a warning to her fans after her X account was hacked last month.

New Delhi: The famous playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has warned her followers that her X (formerly Twitter) account has been hacked since February 13, 2025. The singer updated her Instagram fans on Saturday about the continuing situation.
After weeks of having her account hacked, Shreya Ghoshal finally admitted that she had tried everything to get control of her account back.
"Hello fans and friends. My Twitter / X account is hacked since February 13th. I have tried every thing in my capacity to reach out to the X team. But there has been no response beyond a few auto generated responses. I am unable to even delete my account since I can't log in any more," Shreya wrote beside a picture in an Instagram post she made for her followers.
Shreya Ghoshal Urges Fans to be Cautious
The singer also cautioned her followers that all of the messages and links sent from her compromised account are phishing and spam, and they should not trust them.
She wrote, "Please don't click on any link or believe any message written from that account. They are all spams and fishing links. I will update personally through a video if the account is recovered and is safe.”

Additionally, Shreya Ghoshal has been in the spotlight lately due to her support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's campaign to combat obesity in India. In a video that went viral on social media, the artist stressed the need to be healthy, especially with the rising number of health issues in the country.
With the launch of his Anti-Obesity campaign, Ghoshal said, "Let’s make small changes at home and create a big impact in our country.”
