Sara Ali Khan Does Not Hide Burn Marks During Ramp Walk For Lakme Fashion Week 2024; Fans Impressed

New Delhi: Actor Sara Ali Khan stole the show as the show-stopper for Varun Chakkilam, the designer, at Mumbai's Lakme Fashion Week x FDCI 2024. Sara's decision to not hide her burn marks on her midriff attracted attention from fans and earned them praise for the actor.

Sara chose a choli and shimmering silver lehenga with embellished work for the occasion. She accessorised her ensemble with earrings. An Instagram video of Sara walking the ramp was shared by a paparazzo. Her burn scars were very evident. 

Soon after the video began doing the rounds on social media, fans lauded Sara Ali Khan’s gesture. 

A user commented on the video on Gram, "She's showing her scars gracefully. Others would have put a ton of makeup to hide it."

 

Earlier, Sara had spoken about her experience of walking the ramp to news agency ANI, “It was all fun but I was also nervous because it's been very hectic, the past couple of days I was in and out promoting both the films so there was a rush. On the ramp, it was all exciting and felt great.”

Sara's upcoming film is a fictional story called 'Ae Watan Mere Watan', which is based on the Quit India Movement of 1942. The film has been directed by Kannan Iyer.Sara Ali Khan, Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O'Neil, Anand Tiwari, and Emraan Hashmi will be seen in a cameo appearance in the movie. Prime Video will begin streaming the movie on March 21, 2024.

Sara Ali Khan was most recently seen in 'Murder Mubarak'.
