New Delhi: Fans of Bollywood stars Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan's kid Taimur Ali Khan have likely seen Lalita DSilva. The popularity of Taimur on the internet catapulted his nanny, Lalita DSilva, into the spotlight. DSilva recently spoke highly of the couple as kind employers, mentioning how their home was welcoming to all employees. She also addressed the rumours surrounding her monthly income of Rs 2.5 lakh.

While speaking with Hindi Rush, Lalita DSilva praised Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan’s generosity and politeness towards their employees. She said,  “They are such simple people. The morning routine is such that the staff, and Kareena and Saif, we all eat the same food. There’s no such thing that there will separate food for the staff. Same food and same quality. So many times we have all eaten together.”

Kareena previously said in an interview with Express Adda that they always invite the nannies to dinner. “My boys’ nannies are eating with them because that’s just the way both Saif and I have addressed it, because Taimur has asked and Jeh is already asking, ‘Why are you sitting there? Sit here’,” shared the actress.

Regarding the widely-discussed rumour about her monthly salary, Lalita playfully dismissed it, saying, "Rs 2.5 lakh? I wish”. She added, “Aapke mooh mein ghee shakkar. These are all rumours.”
