Kareena Kapoor And Alia Bhatt Pose Together; Karan Johar Says 'Need Film With This Cast'

Kareena Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were seen posing next to one another while each was gazing into a makeup mirror.

New Delhi: Kareena Kapoor and Alia Bhatt awed their fans on Instagram on Friday by posting a tonne of fresh pictures. In the pictures, Bhatt could be seen posing with Kareena. 

One of the pictures showed the two of them posing next to one another while each was gazing into a makeup mirror. The second picture showed the reflections of Alia and Kareena in their separate mirrors. 

"Can it get any better… P.S. Can someone please cast us in a film together…although we may spend most of our time on set reflecting," Alia Bhatt wrote in the caption.

Kareena also shared the pictures with the same caption on Instagram. Reacting to the post, filmmaker Karan Johar wrote, "We need a film with this cast!"

Kareena Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have both worked in Karan Johar's films. Ranbir Kapoor is married to Alia, a cousin of Kareena. 

On the work front, Alia Bhatt was most recently seen in Netflix's 'Heart of Stone'. With Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif, she is also set to act in Farhan Akhtar directed film 'Jee Le Zaraa'.

Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor last appeared with Aamir Khan in 'Laal Singh Chadha'. Her upcoming film, 'The Crew', also features Tabu, Kriti Sanon, and Diljit Dosanjh. The movie is expected to be released in theatres on March 22, 2024.  In addition, Kareena will be seen in Sujoy Ghosh's thriller, which is based on the book 'The Devotion of Suspect X'. Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma both play major roles in the movie.
