New Delhi: Sunny Deol's son Karan Deol is all set to tie the knot with Bimal Roy's great-granddaughter Drisha Acharya on June 18 at Taj Lands End in Mumbai. The pre-wedding festivities began on Monday at the Deol house. Many videos and photos of the family having fun are doing the rounds on social media. There are also reports that veteran actor and Karan’s granddad Dharmendra will miss the wedding festivities.
Dharmendra will only be attending his grandson’s wedding. The veteran actor explained the reason behind this to ETimes. He said, “Let the children have fun. If I am around they are likely to get inhibited. I do not want them to miss out on any of the fun.”
Meanwhile, a video of Sunny Deol grooving on the dance floor is going viral. The actor is seen dressed in all black and grooving to song “Morni Banke” from Ayushmann Khurrana’s Bhadhai Ho. Sunny is seen dancing with a man who looks quite similar to Dharmendra, many users mistook him for the veteran actor due to the resemblance in the look. Check out the video here:

Another video from the night shows both Karan and Drisha cutting a tiered white cake. Karan is seen in a blue kurta, while Drisha opted for a bright yellow saree.

During the festivities on Monday, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and Abhay Deol also came outside to pose for the paparazzi.

Karan and Drisha got engaged on Dharmendra and his wife Prakash Kaur’s wedding anniversary and were spotted together for the first time for a lunch outing soon after.

Dharmendra had earlier spoken about Karan’s wedding with ETimes. He also shared that Karan informed his mother (Sunny’s wife Pooja Deol) about his decision to marry Drisha and then his mother told Sunny, who then told him.
On the work front, Karan will be seen in Apne 2 along with Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol and Sunny Deol is gearing up for the release of Gadar 2.
