The two met when SRK was just 18 and fell in love with the stunning Gauri Chibber, who would become the only woman he ever dated. Shah Rukh also shared a prank he pulled on their wedding day in an old talk show with actress Farida Jalal. He jokingly asked Gauri to wear a burqa, saying: “OK Gauri, put on your ‘burqa’ and let’s read the namaaz now.” This lighthearted remark left her relatives stunned, wondering if he had already changed her religion.
