BK Shivani’s Old Video Warning Ranveer Allahbadia About Content Goes Viral: 'Be Careful With...'

As the controversy surrounding Ranveer Allahbadia continues to make headlines, an old video featuring motivational speaker BK Shivani has resurfaced.

As the controversy surrounding Ranveer Allahbadia continues to make headlines, an old video featuring motivational speaker BK Shivani has resurfaced, drawing attention to the responsibility of content creators. During a conversation with Allahbadia, Shivani spoke about the impact of digital content on mental well-being, urging creators to be more mindful of what they put out into the world.

BK Shivani’s message to Ranveer Allahbadia

In the resurfaced video, Shivani draws a parallel between content and food, emphasising that just as unhealthy food can harm physical health, careless content creation can negatively affect mental well-being.

“I told you last time to be careful with what kind of content you are producing. We really need to take responsibility. It is like food. What you will cook and give it to someone, it will influence the health of that person. You will obviously feed them something healthy, right? If you feed junk food to someone, it is part of your karma.”

She further elaborated on the changing content landscape, pointing out how modern digital consumption has altered the way people engage with information. “When we were growing up, we didn’t have these kinds of content. Now, we are all sitting with phones and OTT platforms and social media. If anyone has to make their mind powerful, wants to increase their soul power, they should start doing one major thing and that is content restriction.”

The controversy surrounding Allahbadia

Ranveer Allahbadia found himself at the center of a major controversy. His remarks on parents and sex, made during comedian Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent, were met with severe backlash, sparking outrage on social media and beyond.

On Saturday, Allahbadia issued another public apology, stating that he and his team were fully cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

“I will follow due process and be available to all agencies. My remark about parents was insensitive and disrespectful. It is my moral responsibility to do better and I am genuinely sorry. I'm watching death threats pour in from people saying that they want to kill me and hurt my family. People have invaded my mother's clinic posing as patients. I'm feeling scared and I don't know what to do. But I'm not running away. I have full faith in the police and the judicial system of India.”
