Bhojpuri Actor Brijesh Tripathi Passes Away After Heart Attack

Famous Bhojpuri actor Brijesh Tripathi died in Mumbai after suffering a fatal heart attack.

New Delhi: A renowned Bhojpuri actor, Brijesh Tripathi, noted for his portrayal of antagonistic characters, has sadly passed away. He had a heart attack on Sunday night and was declared dead by the doctor upon arrival at the hospital, according to Amar Ujala. According to reports, he had dengue two weeks ago and was receiving medical treatment at the Meerut hospital. 

The death of actor Brijesh Tripathi has left a void in the Bhojpuri cinema industry. The last rites of the seasoned actor took place on Monday, December 18.

Acclaimed actor Pawan Singh shared a post for Brijesh Triptahi and said that he had been like a father figure to him.

Bhojpuri actress and singer Akshara Singh also took to Instagram stories to pay condolences. She posted a picture of him and wrote, "Om Shanti".


Bhojpuri Actor Brijesh Tripathi Passes Away After Heart Attack

Over the course of his 46-year acting career, the seasoned actor became famous for his roles in both Bhojpuri and Hindi movies. His cinematic path included contributions to over 250 films in several regional languages. A number of Brijesh Tripathi's films, including 'Mohra,' 'Gupt,' and 'No Entry,' have become classic hits.

In 1979, he made his debut in 'Saiya Tohare Karan'. His first Hindi film was Taxi Chor (1980). He worked in Bollywood before making the switch to Bhojpuri. Also, he has appeared in a lot of TV shows. Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Rajinikanth, Ravi Kishan, Dharmendra, and Vinod Khanna are just a few of the actors with whom Brijesh Tripathi has shared screen.

His many roles and important achievements will ensure the actor's legacy lives on. The loss of Brijesh Tripathi has been felt by everybody who loved his performances in films and TV shows.
