Ameesha Patel Criticises Anil Sharma Productions For Poor Management During 'Gadar 2' Filming: Left Cast And Crew Stranded
Ameesha Patel used social media to criticise the production crew on set as well as director Anil Sharma. She commended Zee Studios for stepping in to help the team by resolving the issue.
New Delhi: Ameesha Patel is all set to return to the silver screen, reprising her role as Sakeena in Sunny Deol starrer 'Gadar 2'. Fans have had conflicting reactions after the actor recently revealed a plot spoiler. She also used social media to criticise the production crew on set as well as director Anil Sharma. She commended Zee Studios for stepping in to help the team by resolving the issue.
Ameesha Patel criticised Anil Sharma Productions on Twitter for their poor management of the 'Gadar 2' filming in Chandigarh, writing: "Another concern of fans has been about certain incidents regarding ANIL SHARMA PRODUCTIONS to have taken place in regards to the final schedule of GADAR 2 that took place end May in CHANDIGARH."
She then talked about how certain team members weren't paid and Zee Studios had to settle the dues, emphasising the problems the team encountered as a result of the creators. Ameesha also spoke about how they failed to pay their rent and transit expenses. Additionally, they failed to give certain cast members and staff members cars, leaving them stranded.
Another concern of fans has been about certain incidents regarding ANIL SHARMA PRODUCTIONS to have taken place in regards to the final schedule of GADAR 2 that took place end May in CHANDIGARH!! 1/4

Ameesha thanked the team of Zee Studios for their efforts and co-operation and wrote, "All involved in the film are aware that the production of GADAR 2 was being handled by ANIL SHARMA PRODUCTIONS which unfortunately misfired numerous times but @ZeeStudios_always rectified issues!! 'Gadar 2' is the sequel to Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel's 2001 blockbuster drama. Directed by Anil Sharma, the film releases in theatres on August 11. Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur, and Luv Sinha also play key roles in the film.
