New Delhi: Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar had an emotional exchange on the microblogging service X (formerly Twitter) on Monday. The highly anticipated film ‘Jawan’ starring Shah Rukh Khan is smashing records at the box office. Over Rs 500 crore was earned by the film in only 4 days. Akshay Kumar took to X and hailed SRK's performance in the film. He sent Shah Rukh Khan a letter praising the success of his film Jawan.

Directed by Atlee, ‘Jawan’ features Shah Rukh Khan in a dual role opposite Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. The film also features Aaliyah Qureshi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Lehar, Jhalli, and others. Cameo appearances were made by Sanjay Dutt and Deepika Padukone. 

Currently the fourth highest-grossing Indian film of 2023, ‘Jawan’ is expected to go up to the number two spot (passing Jailer and Gadar 2) within the next three days. The film's international box office total of Rs 530 crore is impressive, and it's still going strong.
