The superstar shared that he was rejected for the role of Deepak Tijori in the 1992 hit film 'Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikandar', starring Aamir Khan. Akshay Kumar, who made his debut in 1991 with the film 'Saugandh', was still a newcomer at the time. His debut film didn't garner much attention.
In a video clip from the interview, Akshay shares, "I went there for the audition and did my screen test for Deepak Tijori's role. But they didn't like it and thought it was crap."
