New Delhi: The Bachchan family celebrated Holika Dahan with great enthusiasm this year at their Mumbai residence, Prateeksha. Abhishek Bachchan and Navya Naveli Nanda took to Instagram to share glimpses of their festive revelry. Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan, through his blog, reminisced about past Holika Dahan celebrations with his family, sharing old photographs.
On his blog, Amitabh Bachchan also shared snapshots from film sets, showcasing his involvement in Holi celebrations. The veteran actor posted a recent photo of Abhishek from Holika Dahan, where Abhishek was dressed in a white kurta pyjama paired with a beige Nehru jacket. Additionally, Amitabh shared several pictures of himself interacting with fans on Sunday. The vintage black and white Holi images depicted a youthful Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan adorned in colorful hues, enjoying moments with their children.
Captioning the post, Amitabh expressed, "Then .. and now. Navya shared a series of photos on her Instagram, capturing various moments of the celebration. She was seen posing elegantly in front of the Holika Dahan fire, dressed in a white suit. Abhishek was captured sitting beside the bonfire in one image, while another showcased Navya and Abhishek applying tika to each other's foreheads. Aishwarya Rai was also featured, adorned with a tika and dressed in a white and black ensemble, alongside others near the bonfire.
