In an interview with ETimes, Abhishek addressed how he deals with negativity surrounding his personal life, sharing insights into staying grounded and authentic amidst challenges.

Reflecting on his approach to handling negativity, Abhishek said, "There is a word in Hindi: ‘dhridhta.’ Somewhere, your essence as a person should remain unchanged. Your fundamentals must not change. You need to adapt and evolve, or you’ll get left behind, but your core values should stay the same. I still believe that, ‘jab bura apni buraai na chhode toh accha apni acchai kyun chhode?’ I cannot change who I am. I’m inherently a positive person, and focusing on the negatives will only overpower you."

The I Want To Talk actor emphasized the significance of staying true to one’s identity and principles. He explained, "As a man, who are you? What do you stand for? If I’m going to be like a leaf blowing in the wind, people will think I lack solidity. That’s why certain aspects of me remain constant."

Abhishek also shared his approach to finding optimism during challenging times. He said, "When you see a silver lining or a ray of sunshine, hold on to it. It can inspire you and give you the motivation to keep going. It’s very easy to get consumed by darkness and negativity, but no matter how tough the obstacle, find that ray of hope."
