SRK's Son Aryan Khan With 7 Others Being Quizzed By NCB In Mumbai Rave Party Case: ANI
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son being quizzed in alleged rave party case by NCB.
New Delhi: After raiding a rave party in Mumbai-Goa cruise ship on Saturday night which involved a Bollywood superstar's son, NCB Mumbai Director Sameer Wankhedehas revealed the names of the people being interrogated in the case.
Wankhede said that eight persons -- Aryaan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra are being questioned in connection with the raid at an alleged rave party at a cruise off Mumbai coast, as confirmed by ANI.
Also, according to a report of IANS, the NCB officials booked themselves for the party like normal people to avoid detection. The report of IANS read, ‘To avoid detection, the NCB sleuths booked themselves on that cruise as ordinary passengers and they soon found some of their co-passengers consuming drugs’.
The investigating agency then launched its raid and detained 8 passengers including 2 women, and seized different types of narcotics.
NCB also issued an official statement after conducting the raid, that read, “On the basis of specific information, the officials of NCB Mumbai conducted a raid on Cordelia cruise which was bound from Mumbai to Goa on 02.10.2021. During the operation, all suspects as per the information were searched various drugs like MDMA/ Ecstasy, Cocaine, MD (Mephedrone) and charas has been recovered. A total of 08 persons including 02 females have been apprehended and their role being investigated in relation to the said recovery. NCB Mumbai has registered Crime no. Cr 94/21 in this matter. Further investigation is underway.”
On a related note, the invitation for the cruise party was done using social media platforms and according to a report of IANS, the ticket rates was upwards of Rs 75,000 per person.
