‘Not A Topic Of Entertainment To Be Discussed Over Coffee’: Anushka Sharma On Her Relationship With Virat Kohli

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli is one of the most favourite celebrity couples in the country. Virushka got married in the year 2017 and earlier this year, they became proud parents to a baby girl, whom they named Vamika.
Though fans of the couple love to get an update about their lives, Virat and Anushka have always tried to keep their relationship low-key. They followed this criterion after their daughter’s birth as well and requested the media to not cover their daughter Vamika.
Well, this is not the first time Anushka Sharma has tried to keep her personal life away from the media. While giving an interview some time ago, the ‘PK’ actress said that she does not want her relationship with Virat Kohli to become a topic of entertainment or discussion. While speaking to a media house back in 2014, Anushka said, “We are not hiding anything, we are also a normal couple in a relationship. But being a public figure, your relation becomes a matter of entertainment. For me, it is a very private and sacred matter. So, I would not like to discuss it by drinking coffee just like that. It makes me very uncomfortable.”
Speaking on the professional front, Anushka Sharma returned to work last month after her daughter’s birth. She was last seen in the 2018 movie ‘Zero’ which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles.
