Akshay Kumar Meets Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, Actor Named As Brand Ambassador Of The Hill State- See Pics

Akshay Kumar has been named as the brand ambassador of Uttarakhand. The actor on Monday (February 7, 2022)  met Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the latter's residence in Dehradun.

Following the visit, Dhami said that Akshay Kumar will work as a brand ambassador of Uttarakhand. "We had given him (Akshay Kumar) a proposal, he has accepted it. He will also work as a brand ambassador of Uttarakhand," Dhami was quoted as saying.

Later CM Dhami also took to his official handle to share pics from the meeting. Dhami also presented Akshay with a cap.

Akshay Kumar is currently in the hill state for shooting for his next film.Earlier, the Bollywood superstar had also shared a small clip on his Twitter.

Before Akshay Kumar, cricketer Rishabh Pant was also appointed as Uttarakhand’s brand ambassador in December 2021. 

On the work front, Akshay Kumar will be next seen in Bachchan Pandey which will hit the screens on March 18. The movie also stars Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez in key roles. Apart from this, Akshay also has Ram Setu, Selfie and Prithviraj in pipeline.
