2 Years Of ‘Kedarnath’: Abhishek Kapoor Recalls The Time He Narrated Mansoor’s Character To Sushant Singh Rajput

New Delhi: ‘Kedarnath’ is a 2018 romantic Bollywood film starring the late Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles. This movie was the debut film of Sara and it tells the tale of an inter-faith love. It also focuses on the 2013 Uttarakhand floods which devastated the region. As this movie completes 2 years of its release today, director Abhishek Kapoor shared some throwback memories with Sushant Singh Rajput. 2 Years Of ‘Kedarnath’: Director Abhishek Kapoor Pens Down A Note Remembering Sushant Singh Rajput Earlier today, Abhishek Kapoor or better known as Gattu Kapoor shared a still of the late actor and Sara Ali Khan from ‘Kedarnath’. The ‘Fitoor’ director penned down a special note for Sushant Singh Rajput which read, “Itni saari yaadein koot koot ke bhari hain, phir bhi khaali khaali sa lagta hai. #kedarnath #2yearsofkedarnath #sushantsinghrajput”

The ‘Kai Po Che!’ director also shared a throwback picture of SSR’s scribbled hands the latter was writing something while Gattu Kapoor was narrating him the character of ‘Mansoor’. The director tweeted, “I remember while i narrated the story and we discussed #mansoor, He was writing something on his hand.. i asked him, yeh kya likh raha hai haath pe.. he said apni duniya samet raha hoon #2yearsofkedarnath #2YearsOfSSRAsMansoor  #sushantsinghrajput #kedarnath”

In another tweet, he shared a collage picture of the ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’ actor and wrote, “Dwandh dono lok mein vishamrit pe tha chida, amrit sabhi mein baant ke, pyaala vish ka tune khud piya...namo namo ji shankara, bholenath shankara...#2yearsofkedarnath #2YearsOfSSRAsMansoor”

Also, after the death of Sushant, Abhishek shared a video of behind the scenes collaboration from the movie ‘Kedarnath’ and tagged it as their ‘last dance together’. He wrote, “Sushant Singh Rajput (1986-2020) Our last dance together kicked off 3 years ago on this day in #Kedarnath. I have vivid memories of our times together brother.. How i wish u knew how much u were loved by ur fans..how i wish that u were not made to believe otherwise by some vicious minds..
