Rajya Sabha Elections: The Rajya Sabha, which is the Upper House of India's Parliament, plays a crucial role in the legislative process of the country. There can be a maximum of 250 members, with 238 members elected to represent the states and union territories, and the remaining 12 nominated by the President of India from among persons from different non-political fields such as literature, science, art, and social service.
