'Shall Return To BJP After Lok Sabha Polls': Expelled Karnataka Leader & Independent Candidate KS Eshwarappa

Despite facing certain issues resulting in his expulsion from the party, KS Eshwarappa asserted it as his "mother" party and expressed his commitment to return to the BJP after the elections.

On Prajwal Revanna's 'obscene video' case, expelled Karnataka BJP leader KS Eshwarappa said that it was a personal problem.

Former Karnataka BJP leader KS Eshwarappa, who is contesting as an independent candidate in Shivamogga, said that he will win one seat in the Lok Sabha polls. Further, he expressed his desire for the BJP to secure 27 seats in the election to support Narendra Modi as Prime Minister. Despite facing certain issues resulting in his expulsion from the party, he asserted it as his "mother" party and expressed his commitment to return to the BJP after the elections.

Expelled Karnataka BJP leader KS Eshwarappa said, "...I want BJP to win 27 seats, I'll win one seat as an independent candidate and total 28 members (on 28 seats) in Karnataka will contribute to making Narendra Modi the Prime Minister."

"BJP is my mother. I joined the BJP after my graduation and from that time till today, I abide by its principles. I have not joined any party till now...and will not join any other party till the end...Because of certain problems, I am out of the party but after the elections, I shall go back to my mother (BJP)," he said.

While in jail, he's managing the administration and is also contesting elections...I will not speak about these personal issues. The public is watching...The public and the court will give them punishment...How many times has Rahul Gandhi apologised on behalf of leaders from his party? DK Shivakumar is on bail...It is easy to talk about others..."
