Haryana Elections: Congress Releases 3rd List Of 40 Candidates, Ex-Deputy CM Chander Mohan In Fray From THIS Seat

Congress on Wednesday released its third list of 40 candidates for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections next month.

Haryana Assembly Elections: Congress on Wednesday released its third list of 40 candidates for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections next month. With this the grand old party has declared candidates for 81 out of the 90 assembly seats in the state. Former Haryana deputy Chief Minister Chander Mohan has been fielded from Panchkula, former Haryana Legislative member Nirmal Singh from Ambala city, and former minister Rajdeep Surjewala's son Aditya Surjewala has been fielded from Kaithal seat.

The party will declare the remaining candidates for nine constituencies, which are still under discussion.

Congress had released its second list of nine candidates on September 8. These included Mohit Grover from Gurugram, Kuldeep Sharma from Ganaur, Ashok Arora from Thanesar, Manju Choudhary from Nangal Chaudhary seat, Brijenda Sing from Tohana, among others.

All 90 seats of Haryana will go for voting in a single phase on October 5. The counting of votes will be counted on October 8.
