"Farming issues will be solved after discussing with the farmer community. The trading system will be streamlined & simplified," AAP chief was quoted by ANI on its official Twitter handle.

New Delhi: Ahead of the upcoming Goa Assembly elections, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal promised to open Mohalla clinics & hospitals 'in every village & district of Goa'.

"Farming issues will be solved after discussing with the farmer community. The trading system will be streamlined & simplified," AAP chief was quoted by ANI on its official Twitter handle.

He also outlined a 13-point agenda for the Goan people, just days before the state's Assembly elections.

Arvind Kejriwal stated during a news conference that the people of Goa are looking forward to the approaching elections on February 14 and that the Aam Aadmi Party represents a new hope for them.

"Employment will be provided to youth; those who do not get it will get the aid of Rs 3000 per month. Mining has a huge vested interest, we will provide land rights in 6 months of coming into power," he said.

Kejriwal also promised to provide Rs 1000 to every woman above 18 years of age.

"The tourism sector will be developed as per international standards. Goa will have 24×7 free electricity & water. Roads will be improved & free education will be given in all govt schools," he further said.

Kejriwal landed in Goa on Saturday afternoon and launched a door-to-door campaign from St. Andre with party candidate Ramrao Wagh, AAP Goa chairperson Rahul Mhambre, and party leader Amit Palekar.

The assembly elections in Goa will be held on February 14. The ballots will be counted on March 10, 2022.
