The AAP has been actively gearing up for the elections in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. In August, Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Chief Minister, and AAP's national convener, unveiled a set of 'guarantee cards' outlining the party's commitments to the people of Chhattisgarh. These guarantees encompassed various aspects such as employment, women's welfare, electricity, education, and healthcare.

Notable pledges included the assurance of providing up to 300 units of free electricity every month to the residents of Chhattisgarh, both in urban and rural areas. Additionally, an unemployment allowance of ₹3,000 per month until employment is secured, the creation of approximately 10 lakh government job opportunities for the unemployed, and a commitment to eliminate nepotism and corruption were among the guarantees made by the AAP.

The party also promised ₹1,000 'Stree Samman Rashi' per month for women aged 18 and above, as well as a free pilgrimage for senior citizens.

In the previous Chhattisgarh Assembly elections in 2018, the AAP contested 85 out of 90 seats but did not secure any victories. Nevertheless, with the release of these candidate lists and a comprehensive set of commitments, the AAP aims to make a significant impact in the upcoming elections in both Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
