The forefront leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party are gearing up to hit the campaign trail with vigor, setting their sights on Mission 400 as the electoral fervor intensifies this month.

PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to kick off his election campaign in Uttarakhand on April 2, starting with a rally in Rudrapur, followed by an event in Kotputli, Rajasthan.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing a rally in Rudrapur, which is part of the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar constituency in Uttarakhand. Ajay Bhatt, the Union Minister of State (MoS) for Defence and Tourism, is contesting from this seat. He previously won the seat in 2019, defeating former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat.

Following Uttarakhand's rally, Prime Minister Modi will address a public gathering in Kotputli, Rajasthan, to garner support for the Jaipur Rural Lok Sabha seat. The BJP has nominated Rao Rajendra Singh as its candidate for this constituency. This event marks the Prime Minister's first program in Rajasthan since the announcement of the polls.

Moving forward, on April 4, PM Modi will hold a rally in Bihar's Jamui constituency, where the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) is a key contender. Additionally, he will visit Cooch Behar in North Bengal, a BJP-dominated region, where union minister of state Nisith Pramanik currently serves as the Member of Parliament. This area witnessed recent violence, with allegations exchanged between the Trinamool Congress and BJP. It's noteworthy that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will also be present in the region on the same day as PM Modi's visit.

Amit Shah

Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, is scheduled to visit the southern state of Karnataka.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be visiting Karnataka to engage in discussions with senior leaders of the Janata Dal (Secular), the BJP's alliance partner in the state.

The joint breakfast meeting between the leaders is likely aimed at resolving any remaining issues and ensuring cohesion as the state prepares for upcoming elections.

In the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, BJP is set to contest in 25 constituencies, while the JD(S), led by former Prime Minister Deve Gowda, will field candidates in the remaining three constituencies.

Additionally, he will preside over the Shakti Kendra Pramukh event in Bengaluru, followed by a roadshow in Ramanagara.

JP Nadda

BJP national president JP Nadda is set to embark on a campaign trail, beginning with a two-day visit to the central state of Madhya Pradesh, followed by Rajasthan. On Tuesday, Nadda is scheduled to participate in three events in MP: an intellectual summit in Jabalpur, followed by a rally in Shardul, and a Shakti Kendra meeting in Jabalpur in the evening.

On the second day of his visit, Nadda will pay homage at the Ujjain Mahakal temple before proceeding to Rajasthan. In Rajasthan, the BJP national president will address a rally in Jhalawar on Wednesday afternoon. Notably, Jhalawar is the stronghold of the Raje-Scindia family, and Vasundhara Raje’s son Dushyant Singh is contesting here for his fourth Lok Sabha term.
