The Lok Sabha election 2024 results in West Bengal was one of the most anticipated as the BJP had claimed that it would receive the largest share of seats from the state. The exit polls, too, predicted the TMC loosing major ground in Bengal. However, proving pollsters wrong, the TMC gained ground in the state, winning 29 of the 42 states.
