Delhi Election: When it comes to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the forthcoming assembly election in Delhi is thought to be the most challenging one they have ever faced. Their well-known senior leaders had been imprisoned for months on corruption allegations at the time of this election. However, for the fourth time, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has placed a bet on its 14 sitting MLAs in the Delhi Assembly elections. Among the notable figures are former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, Akhilesh Pati Tripathi, and Somnath Bharti.

There were rumors that the Aam Aadmi Party would also cut the tickets of many of its MLAs in the fourth and final lists for the assembly elections, given the way the party had done with the tickets of its MLAs in the first and second lists. However, this was not the case with this list. The fact that for the fourth time AAP has placed a bet on its 14 sitting MLAs.

Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyendra Jain, AAP leader Sanjay Singh, and several colleagues have been imprisoned for months due to cases including money laundering and excise scams. Even after being released from prison, Arvind Kejriwal resigned as chief minister, stating that he would only take over as head of state if he was elected again by the people. In this regard, the election also affects AAP convenor Kejriwal's reputation. Even though the AAP claims on all platforms that its leaders were imprisoned on false charges, Arvind Kejriwal and Sisodia themselves describe their imprisonments as a massive conspiracy.

Kejriwal has also stated time and time again that the Bharatiya Janata Party will not allow them to form a government if they receives fewer than 55 seats. His goal in such a scenario is to regain control of more than 55 seats.
