The WBBSE Madhyamik exam will begin from 9:45 AM to 1 PM.

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) is gearing up for the commencement of Class 10 board exams from tomorrow, February 2, 2024. The WBBSE Madhyamik exam will begin from 9:45 AM to 1 PM. Previously, the exam timings were slated from 11:45 AM to 3 PM. Students appearing for the Madhyamik Board Exam 2024 must remember to bring their admit cards to the examination centre. It is imperative to carefully review all instructions on the admit card and adhere to the specified timings for reporting to the examination hall.

As per WBBSE guidelines, examinees can enter the examination centre starting from 8:30 AM. Paper distribution will begin at 9:45 AM, with the exam duration spanning from 10 AM to 1 PM. The board has also advised teachers and non-teaching staff to be present at the exam centre by 8 AM.

The WBBSE has taken proactive steps by establishing control rooms in every district ahead of the Class 10 board exams in the state. These control rooms were established following orders from the Calcutta High Court and began operations earlier this week.

Additionally, the WBBSE has released helpline numbers for candidates to utilise in case they encounter any issues during the WBBSE Class 10 board exam 2024. These measures aim to provide support and assistance to students throughout the examination process.
