Get Ready For UPSC Civil Services Prelims, Dates Likely To Be Out Today @upsc.gov.in

UPSC Prelims 2020 civil services dates may be announced today. The examination was earlier scheduled for 31 May but was postponed due to the nationwide Covid-19 lockdown.

UPSC Prelims 2020 civil services:  If you are one of the aspirants for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and expecting revised dates for the Civil Services (Preliminary) exams, then keep a check on the website as the dates are likely to be announced on Wednesday. The examination was earlier scheduled for 31 May but was postponed due to the nationwide Covid-19 lockdown. In its May 4 notification, the commission said the revised date could be announced on May 20. The situation will be reviewed again on May 20, 2020, and fresh dates for these examinations shall be notified on the UPSC website in due course. The announcement early this month relieved scores of anxious students who were confused about whether the exams will be held as scheduled. The candidates will be given a notice of at least 30 days. There are two consecutive stages to the UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2020 Exam– Prelims, Mains (Interview and Writing). Basically, those qualifying for the UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2020 recruitment process will be then called upon for selection further. Candidates are advised to continue checking for the most recent updates on the official website or this article. On the official website, the commission is expected to release the admit card and exam date at any time. The commission in its notification had said exams will be announced after considering the situation with respect to Covid-19.
