UPSC ESE 2024: Applications Begin On upsc.gov.in, Apply By September 26

As per the official schedule, the UPSC ESE Prelims Exam 2024 will be held on February 18, 2024.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has started the application process for the UPSC ESE (Engineering Services Examination) 2023. Interested and eligible candidates who wish to appear for the exam can submit their applications for the exam now on the official website - upc.gov.in. The last date to submit applications for the UPSC ESE 2024 Exam is September 26, 2023. Candidates can also check the detailed UPSC ESE Notification 2023, also available on the official website. Following the closure of the application window, registered candidates will be able to edit their OTR profile and application details till October 3, 2023.  

While submitting applications for the UPSC ESE 2024 online, candidates will be first required to complete the OTR registration and then fill the application form. Applications for UPSC ESE 2024 are to be submitted in the online mode only. In the official notification, the UPSC also announced that the admit cards for the exam will be released three weeks before the UPSC ESE Preliminary Exam 2024. As per the official schedule, the UPSC ESE Preliminary Exam 2024 will be held on February 18, 2024. Candidates who clear the preliminary exam would qualify to appear for the main examination and so on. 

Notably, the UPSC is conducting the UPSC ESE 2024 Examination to shortlist suitable candidates to fill a total of 167 engineering vacancies at different posts in various departments, ministries and organisations of the Government of India.
