UKPSC RO and ARO Prelim Exam 2021: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) on Wednesday postponed the UKPSC Review Officer (Accounts)/ Assistant Review Officer (Accounts) Exam 2021. The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure in view of the surge in covid-19 cases and a notice regarding this has been uploaded on the official website of the commission at ukpsc.gov.in.

The commission had scheduled to conduct the UKPSC RO and ARO preliminary recruitment examination on May 23, 2021. The fresh dates for the preliminary examination will be announced in the due course of time. 

The commission conducts the recruitment drive to fill 19 vacancies, out of which, 8 vacancies are for Review Officer (Accounts), Uttarkhand Sachivalaya, 6 for Review Officer (Accounts), Uttarkhand Public Service Commission, 4 for Review Officer (Accounts), Uttarkhand Public Service Commission, and 1 for Assistant Review Officer (Accounts), Uttarkhand Sachivalaya. The examination will carry 150 questions for 150 marks. The total duration of the examination is 2 hours, i.e. 120 minutes. The examination consists of three sections, i.e. General Studies, General Intelligence, and General Hindi. 

Candidates who will clear the preliminary examination will be eligible to appear for the main examination.
