SSC SI Delhi Police CAPFs & ASI CISF 2018 Result Date Announced for 1557 Posts

SSC SI, CAPFs & ASI CISF 2018 Result Date: SSC successfully concluded the examination on 16th March 2019, last week, since its inception on 12th March 2019. A whopping 8,20,683 candidates had registered for the Paper-I of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF Examination 2018.

SSC SI, CAPFs & ASI CISF 2018 Result Date: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the tentative date of result for the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF Examination 2018 (Paper-I), as per which, SSC is scheduled to release the result on 25th May 2019. SSC successfully concluded the examination on 16th March 2019, last week, since its inception on 12th March 2019. As per the Staff Selection Commission, a whopping 8,20,683 candidates had registered for the Paper-I of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF Examination 2018; out of which, a total of 2,32,514 candidates had appeared for the same from the exams held in Computer Based Test mode in 11 shifts from 12th to 16th March 2019. The overall percentage of attendance was registered at 28.33%. SSC had organized the Paper-I of SI, CAPFs & ASI in CISF Examination 2018 at 236 examination centres spread across 97 cities in 31 states and Union Territories (UTs) in India. The Staff Selection Commission had reported a total of 1557 posts that it aims to fill with personnel recruited through Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF Examination 2018. As the examination was held in multiple shifts in computer based mode, normalization of scores secured by the candidates in the CBT will be done to generate the final merit list for Paper-I. Candidates who will meet the cut-off as decided by SSC will be called for the next round of recruitment viz Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST). “To address any variation in difficulty levels of question papers across different shifts, the scores of candidates will be normalized by using the formula published by the Commission through Notice No.1-1/2018-P&P-I dated 07-02-2019.  Short-listing of candidates for appearing in PET/ PST will be done on the basis of normalized marks scored by the candidates. Normalized marks scored by the candidates in Paper-I will also be used to determine final merit as per the guidelines contained in Para-12 of the Notice of Examination” read an important notice issued by the Staff Selection Commission in regards to SI in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF Examination 2018
