New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is interacting with students, teachers, and parents during his 'Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020' programme today. Opening his speech at the event, the prime minister wished all students on the New Year and on the new decade. “Those who are in 10th and 12th standard right now will contribute the most in this decade for India,” PM Modi said. "As PM, I get to attend many types of programmes. Each of the programme provides a new experience. But, if someone asks me what is that one programme that touches your heart the most, I will say it is ‘Pariksha pe Charcha’," PM said. He also walked through an exhibition of beautiful artwork by students and interacted with some of the students ahead of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020'. While answering to one of the questions where a student asked what one must do when the board exams put our mood off. To this, the Prime Minister replied, "Motivation, demotivation are very common. Everyone goes through these feelings." Modi also took the example of Chadrayaan. "In this regard, I can never forget my visit to ISRO during Chadrayaan and the time spent with our hardworking scientists," Modi said. During the interaction, the prime minister also mentioned the India-Australia test series in 2001 to drive home his point. Referring to the match, PM said, "The mood was not very good. But, in those moments can we ever forget what Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman did? They turned the match around. We can add enthusiasm to every aspect of life. A temporary setback doesn’t mean success is not waiting. In fact, a setback may mean the best is yet to come." This is the third edition of Prime Minister's interaction programme with school students where he is answering the questions and interacting with selected students about how they can beat examination stress.
