ONGC Apprenticeship Result 2020 Released: Follow These Steps To Check List Of Selected Candidates
The candidates who had applied for the ONGC recruitment examination for Apprentices, may check for the results on its official website ongcapprentices.ongc.co.in.
ONGC Apprentice Results 2020: The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) on Monday (September 7) announced the result of the recruitment examination for Apprentices. The candidates who had applied for the same may check for the results on its official website ongcapprentices.ongc.co.in or ongcindia.com. The results were initially to be declared on September 3, 2020, but owing to some technical glitch, ONGC announced the results today (September 7).
In an official statement issued on the website, ONGC said, "With reference to the notification ONGC/APPR/1/2020/ dated 29.07.2020, candidates are provisionally selected subject to verification of documents. The selected candidates, shortlisted by the Selection Committee, will be called for verification of documents and joining at the work centre at a later date, as soon as the pandemic of COVID – 19 situation improves via registered mail."
Follow Steps To Check ONGC Apprentice Results
Step 1: Candidates must visit the two official websites: ongcapprentices.ongc.co.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, the candidate has to select the sector and work centre for which you applied.
Step 3: The results for the sector will be displayed on your screen. Scroll down to check your results.
Step 4: The candidate is suggested to download the results and save a printed copy of the same for future use.

It is to be noted that the selection of the candidates is provisional subject to verification of certificates and medical fitness. In case the candidate does not fulfill eligibility norms or has furnished false information/ documents, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
As it reads on the official website, ONGC, which is India’s flagship energy major and a ‘Maharatna’ Central Public Sector Enterprise engaged in Exploration and Production of Oil & Gas in India and abroad, as a measure of Skill Building Initiative for the Nation, proposes to engage apprentices at its location across 21 work centres. As per the reports, it had invited applications to fill 4182 vacancies of apprentices.
