NEET UG 2023: Provisional Answer Key Likely To Be Released Soon On neet.nta.nic.in - See Details

Once the NEET UG 2023 Provisional Answer Key is released, candidates will also be able to raise objections/challenge the answer key.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the NEET UG 2023 Answer Key soon. Once released, candidates will be able to check and download the NEET UG 2023 Answer key from the official website - neet.nta.nic.in. However, candidates must note that the answer key shall be provisional in nature and the NTA will also allow students to raise objections/challenge the NEET UG 2023 Provisional Answer Key. The NTA shall notify the opening of the online answer key challenge window soon after the release of the NEET 2023 Provisional Answer Key. 

Candidates who find discrepancies with the provisional answer key will be able to challenge the answer key by paying an objection fee per question. Candidates must note that the NTA will also release the candidates response sheet along with the provisional answer key. Following the objections/challenges received from candidates, the NTA will review the objections and accordingly release the NEET 2023 Final Answer Key. The evaluation of candidates' responses shall be done on the basis of the final answer key though.

Earlier this year, the NTA conducted the NEET UG 2023 Exam on May 7, 2023. The exam was held in s single shift in 499 cities across the country and 14 abroad. Around 18 lakh students registered for the NTA NEET UG 2023 exam. Moreover, the exam was conducted in 13 languages and the exam paper consisted of 200 multiple choice questions to be answered in a total time duration of 3 hours and 20 minutes. 

Notably, the NEET is a national-level exam conducted by the NTA for admissions into MBBS, BDS, Ayush, Nursing, and other medical courses in several medical institutions across the country. Premier medical colleges like AIIMS, JIPMER, AFMC, etc., also accept NEET scores for admissions into their various UG and PG degree programmes.
