NEET SS 2023 Exam Begins Tomorrow - Here’s All You Need To Know

As per the revised schedule, the NEET SS 2023 Exam will be held on September 29 and 30, 2023.

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) will conduct the NEET SS 2023 Exam tomorrow. As per the official schedule, the NEET SS (Super Speciality) Exam will be on September 29 and 30, 2023. The exam will be conducted in two shifts: from 09:00 am to 11:30 am to 02:00 pm to 04:30 pm. Candidates are advised to carry a printed copy of their NEET SS Admit Cards 2023 along with an original photo ID Card with them at the exam centre. Also, candidates are advised to try and reach the exam centre before the reporting time mentioned on their admit cards.

As per the previous schedule, the NEET SS 2023 was scheduled to be held on September 9 and 10, 2023. However, owing to the G20 Summit 2023 under India’s Presidency being held in Delhi on September 9 and 10, the exam was postponed. Following the postponement, the NBE recently announced the revised dates for the NEET SS 2023 Exams.

The NEET SS 2023 Exam will be held for various groups on both the days of the exam, in different shifts. All courses offered for admissions through the NEET SS 2023 Exam like DM/MCh/DrNB, have been clubbed into various groups. The exam paper will consist of a total of 150 questions where candidates will have a maximum time limit of 150 minutes to answer all questions. While each correct response shall reward candidates with 4 marks, every incorrect response shall deduct 1 mark. For more details on the NEET SS 2023 Exam, candidates are advised to visit the official website.

Notably, the NEET SS is conducted to shortlist suitable candidates for admissions into super speciality medical programmes like DM/MCh and DrNB, across medical institutions across the country. However, some institutions are not offering admissions into DM/MCh courses through NEET SS for the 2023-24 admission session.
