NEET PG 2024 Counselling Schedule To Be Released On mcc.nic.in, Check Details Here

NEET PG 2024 Counselling Schedule will be released on the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in.

NEET PG Result 2024 was declared on August 23, 2024 and now aspirants are waiting for the NEET PG 2024 counselling schedule. Medical Counselling Committee, MCC will conduct NEET PG 2024 counselling for 50% of AIQ seats for government, private, and government-aided colleges and the schedule for the same will be released soon. Candidates who have cleared the exam will have to register themselves on the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in. It is advised to keep checking the official website for updates.

Three rounds of counselling are expected for NEET PG admissions, followed by an online stray vacancy and mop-up round to fill remaining seats in medical colleges nationwide.

To secure a seat, students must select their preferred courses and colleges during the choice-filling process, ranking them in order of preference. Seat allotment is based on NEET PG scores, available seats, and the applications received.

After seat verification, allotment results will be released. Students must report to the allotted colleges within the specified dates to complete the admission and document verification process. They must bring all necessary documents, identification, medical registration details, and the allotment letter.

After the results were released, some candidates raised concerns about discrepancies, alleging that improper normalization has led to unexpectedly low ranks. Many have compared their answers with unofficial keys from coaching institutes and are unhappy with their scores. These students are calling for the NBE to release both the raw and normalized marks, along with the official answer key.
