MP Schools Will Not Reopen On July 1: Shivraj Singh Chouhan
MP School Reopening: However, the schools in Madhya Pradesh will not re-open from July 1, 2021, onwards. The decision has been taken to protect the children from the possible third wave of the covid-19 pandemic.
MP School Reopening: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will discuss the matter regarding the reopening of the educational institutes with the Chief Minister of other states. However, the schools in Madhya Pradesh will not re-open from July 1, 2021, onwards. The decision has been taken to protect the children from the possible third wave of the covid-19 pandemic.
According to the sources, the Chief Minister will also discuss the matter with the Union Ministers. The final decision regarding the school reopening across the state will be taken only after consulting all the stakeholders.
Students and faculties are advised to get vaccinated, as after the decision on the school reopening in the state, it will become a mandatory protocol to attend in-person classes.
Earlier, the board had canceled the MP Class 10 and 12 board examinations 2021 in view of the rising number of covid-19 cases. The board had scheduled to conduct the MP SSC or class 10 board examination from April 30 to May 19, 2021, while the MP class 12 board exam was scheduled to be conducted from May 1 to 21, 2021, which was later postponed in wake of the Coronavirus pandemic.
