MHT CET 2024 Counselling Registration For BE, BTech Postponed, Apply From July 14

MHT CET 2024 Counselling Registration: Candidates can fill the counselling application form on the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.

MHT CET 2024 Counselling Registration: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has postponed the MHT CET 2024 counselling registration for BE, BTech to July 14. 2024. Eligible candidates can register for the MHT CET 2024 through the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.

According to the official notice dated July 9, the CAP has already begun for two professional courses in higher education and three professional courses in technical education, in addition to direct second-year admissions to degree programmes under the agriculture department and nine professional courses.

"The State CET CELL has conducted several CETs and their results have been declared. The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) has already commenced for nine professional courses and direct second-year admissions to degree programs under the Agriculture Department, two professional courses in higher education, and three professional courses in technical education," Entrance test cell said in a notice.

The MHT CET Counselling 2024 and seat allotment process will include steps such as centralised admission process (CAP) registration, fee payment, document verification, allotment, and admission. The CET cell will soon release the complete schedule for the MHT CET 2024 counselling on the official website. 

MHT CET 2024 Counselling Registration: Steps To Apply

Students can apply for counselling by following below steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.

Step 2: 
On the homepage, click on the 'CAP' tab.

Step 3:
Select your course and click on the relevant link.

Step 4:
Submit details and register.

Step 5:
Login and fill the application form.

Step 6:
Upload the required documents.

Step 7: Submit the application form and download the confirmation page.

Notably, the MHT-CET or Common Entrance Test is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. It is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education. The test scores are used for admission to many courses. Earlier the test scores were also used for admissions to Medical degree courses.
