JEE Advanced 2020: Just A Few Hours Until Candidates Can Submit The Fee For JEE Advanced; Check Important Dates

The registration for JEE Advanced is now closed and candidates now have few more hours to pay the fees. The exam this year is scheduled for September 27.

JEE Advanced 2020: JEE Advanced applications closed on September 17th, 2020, candidates just have a couple of hours to submit their fee as it will close today at 5 PM. The payment of the application fee was made online as well as offline. Candidates who are interested in applying for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) have to appear for JEE Advanced Exam. Only the top 2,50,000 rank holders of JEE Main will be able to fill JEE Advanced application form 2020. The registration began on September 12th, 2020 and was given until September 17th to finish their registration process. However, they were given until September 18th, 2020, 5 PM to pay the application fee. The registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable. The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2020 will be conducted on September 27, 2020, in two shifts i.e from 9 am to 12 noon and from 2:30 to 5:30 pm, at various centres spread across the country. The results for the JEE (Advanced) 2020 are expected to be released on October 5, 2020. Important Dates: • JEE Advanced 2020 Exam- 27 September 2020 • Tentative date of declaration of JEE Advanced 2020 Examination - 05 October 2020 • Commencement of seat allocation process expected from- 06 October 2020 • End of seat allocation process expected on - 09 November 2020 According to media reports, IIT Delhi has increased the JEE Advanced registration fees for general category candidates. The hike is Rs 200 for male candidates belonging to General categories. The fee to be paid for JEE Advanced 2020 is a sum of Rs. 2800. Meanwhile for females and male candidates belonging to SC/ST/Pwd/ categories the hike is Rs 100 making a total fee payable Rs. 1400.
