IIM CAT 2022: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore will close the registration window for Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 on Wednesday. Candidates looking to register for the exam are suggested to visit the official website iimcat.ac.in for the same. IIM will conduct CAT 2022 in three sessions on November 27. Candidates can download their admit cards for the same after it is released on October 27. The registration window will close at 5 pm as per the official schedule. The examination duration will remain 120 minutes. 

The CAT examination is important for getting admission to different postgraduate and fellow/doctorate programmes at IIMs. The registration deadline for application to the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 has been extended from September 14 to September 21.

Then click on ‘New Candidate Registration’

Fill out the application form

Pay the application fee and submit the form

Keep the hard copy of the same for future reference.

Documents for CAT 2022 application

Candidates applying for the CAT 2022 examinations can check below the list of documents required to be submitted when applying for the CAT 2022 exams.

• Class 10 and 12 Certificates
• Scanned copy of Passport Size Photograph and Signature
• Academic Certificates (Graduation)
• Work Experience (If any)
• Category Certificate (If applicable)

Once the CAT 2022 registration window closes, candidates can only make corrections in the form when the application correction window is opened. Those who wish to make changes to the application form will need to visit the website and log in using the credentials within the stipulated time to make the necessary changes.

Those candidates applying under the SC, ST, and PwD categories need to pay Rs 1150 to apply. For all the other candidates, the application fee is Rs 2,300.

The registration process for the examination began on August 3, 2022, and earlier, it was scheduled to close on September 14. However, the registration date was extended to September 21, 2022. IIM Bangalore will release the CAT 2022 admit cards on October 27, and IIM CAT 2022 is scheduled to be conducted on November 27, 2022.
