ICSI had organized the Company Secretaryship (CS) Foundation examinations on Saturday, 29^th December 2018 and Sunday, 30^th December 2018 for four papers viz Paper-1 – Business Environment and Law and Paper-2 - Business Management, Ethics and Entrepreneurship on Day 1; and Paper-3 - Business Economics and Paper-4 - Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing on Day 2. Candidates need to score minimum 40% marks in each paper viz Paper-1, Paper-2, Paper-3, and Paper-4 separately, and 50% in aggregate to pass or qualify the CS Foundation Examination. ICSI is expected to shortly release the subject-wise break up of marks in the Result-Cum-Marks Statement for the CS Foundation Exam December 2018.
