The Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HIMTU) has started accepting applications for HPCET 2023. The application window for Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test has been opened. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their HPCET 2023 Applications online on himtu.ac.in. Applications are to be submitted in the online mode only.

The online application fee for HPCET 2023 for a single programme is Rs 1,600, while SC/CT/BPL candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 800 only. Importantly, candidates can also apply for two programmes in the HPCET 2023. Those applying for two programmes like B.Tech and B.Pharmacy, and MBA & MBA (T&HM) both, will have to pay an application fee of Rs 3,200 or Rs 1,600, based on their respective categories.

The last date to apply for HPCET 2023 is April 23. As per the official schedule, the Himachal Pradesh Technical University will be conducting the HPCET 2023 on May 14, 2023. The HPCET 2023 Exam will be held in two different shifts for different programmes. The tentative dates of the HPCET 2023 Result declaration as notified by the university is by May 25, 2023.

Importantly, candidates must note that following the HPCET 2023 Result announcement, candidates will be required to register separately for the counselling round. As per the official schedule, the HPCET 2023 counselling is scheduled to begin tentatively in June, while classes are scheduled to begin from the 1st week of August 2023.

Notably, the HPCET is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Technical university to shortlist candidates for admission into B.Tech and B.Pharma (Direct Entry), MCA, MBA, and MBA (T&HM).
