GATE 2024 Registration Last Date Extended Again, Check Steps To Apply

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2024 or GATE 2024 application last date has been extended again.

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru has once again extended the registration deadline for GATE 2024 without any late fees. Interested candidates can submit their applications online for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2024 by visiting the official GATE website at gate2024.iisc.ac.in. The deadline to apply for GATE 2024 without any late fees has been extended until October 12, 2023. If applicants wish to submit their applications with late fees, they have the option to do so until October 20, 2023.

“Deadline for completing the application without late fee is extended to: October 12, 2023. With late fee: October 20, 2023. The information will be updated on our website soon. Please circulate this message widely so that any candidates who missed the opportunity can still apply,” information shared by IISc Bangalore on twitter.

GATE 2024 Registration: How To Apply?

To register for GATE 2024, follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website - gate2024.iisc.ac.in.
  • On the homepage, locate and click on the link to apply for GATE 2024.
  • Register online by providing the required information and fill out the application form.
  • Upload the relevant documents and pay the application fee online through the provided payment gateway.
  • After completing all the necessary steps, review your application form for accuracy.
  • Once you are satisfied with the information provided, submit the application form.
  • After successful submission, download the application confirmation page for your reference. This page will serve as proof of your application submission.

Notably, the IISC Bangalore will conduct the GATE 2024 Exam on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. Candidates with an undergraduate degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Science/ Architecture/ and Humanities can apply for the GATE 2024 Exam. Those studying in the third year of their undergraduate programmes at present can also apply. Every year, the GATE Exam is conducted for admissions into various Postgraduate courses and engineering jobs in IITs, government-supported institutions and agencies.
