CTET Exam 2021: Central Teacher Eligibility Test Datesheet Announced, Check Full Schedule Here

Online applications for CTET exam will start from September 20. The last date to apply for this exam is October 19, 2021. However, the application fee can be submitted until October 20.

The exam schedule for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2021 has been released. According to the latest update, CTET exams would be conducted between December 16, 2021, and January 13, 2022. The online application process for CTET 2021 will begin on September 20. Candidates need to note that the last date for online registration is October 19. Interested candidates can deposit the fee until 3:30 pm on October 20.

CTET Exam 2021 Application Fee:

General and OBC category aspirants applying for CTET Examination 2021 would have to pay an examination fee of Rs. 1000 for one paper or Rs. 1200 for both papers. SC/ST and Differently Abled aspirants will have to pay Rs. 500 as an application fee for one paper or Rs. 600 as the application fee for both papers.

About CTET Examination

The examination is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for candidates to qualify for teaching in central schools. It has a much higher applicant number as compared to the teacher eligibility test conducted in any state.

In fact, after successfully clearing CTET, candidates can teach in any central school across the country.  Through a notice, CBSE informed that CTET could be held in online mode in December. Full details and clarifications by CBSE are still awaited. The first round of CTET was held earlier this year in 2021, and now the second round is scheduled to be held in December.
