With less than ten days for the CBSE Class 10th Board Exams 2019 to commence, here are five last minute tips to score extra marks in the most logical yet most dreaded subject - Mathematics: A) Create a Cheat Sheet Well a cheat sheet of important formulae for your Study Room, which you can fix on your study table can help you scan through them every single day. Remember, formulae are the foundation stones for securing 90% plus in mathematics. Go chapter wise and list down all important formulae of Algebra, Mensuration, Trigonometry, and other chapters from your NCERT book. B) Weightage Matters Prepare your revision strategy as per weightage to different chapters. Here are the CBSE’s guidelines for Course Structure for Class X 2018-19: Units - Unit Name - Marks I - Number Systems - 06 II - Algebra - 20 III - Coordinate Geometry - 06 IV - Geometry - 15 V - Trigonometry - 12 VI - Mensuration - 10 VII - Statistics & Probability - 11 Total  Marks – 80 As per the above weightage, acing Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry will take care of 47/80 marks i.e. 58% of your Mathematics paper. C) Solve Past Papers Assign a time window for Mathematics in which you solve the past papers that will help you in figuring out which topics still need focus besides making you master time management. You must try to achieve a speed, given which, you can spare the last 20 minutes of your paper on revising your answer script.
