New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has not revealed the dates for the announcement of Class 10 and Class 12 board exam results officially. ALSO READ | 'Leave Politics Out Of Education' Says Ramesh Pokhriyal After Questions Raised Over CBSE Syllabus Cut

A fake circular has been shared on social media. It claimed that Class 12 exams will be declared on July 11, whereas Class 10 exams are will be uploaded on July 13. The tentative time for both given was 4 pm.

News Agency ANI tweeted that the circular is fake and the story has been retracted.




The circular went viral when the news agency tweeted about it. However, the claim has turned out to be false and an official communique regarding the same is awaited.

CBSE had recently announced the cancellation of exams of both Class 10 and 12. Since then, there has been a lot of confusion regarding the result.

Access Results

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, all exam results are primarily being uploaded online and with CBSE exams as well the results will be available on their official websites: cbseresults.nic.inresults.nic.in, cbse.nic.in .

Students will have to click on the link provided for their results and fill in their credentials to be able to access their scorecard.

Candidates are advised to download the soft copy of the result page for future reference.

Meanwhile, students will be able to give exams again to improve their results.

Even though students have been scored on the basis of internal assessment for the remaining examinations, CBSE has given an alternate option to them if they wish to improve their scores. Students can sit for external exams if they are not satisfied with their internals-based marks.

Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Ramesh Pokhriyal has appealed to ‘leave politics out of education’. In a series of tweets, Pokhriyal said that ‘there has been a lot of uninformed commentary on the exclusion of some topics from CBSE syllabus’. He termed the critism to be sensational and trying to portray a false narrative.

For Class 12 students, the chapters on India's relations with its neighbours - Pakistan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, the changing nature of India's economic development and social movements in India will reportedly be removed. CBSE has removed Demonetisation from Class 12 Business Studies books as well.
