AICTE Revised Academic Calendar 2021: According to the revised calendar, for this academic session, the Council will grant approval to technical institutions, standalone PGDM/ PGCM, and institutions offering ODL/ Online Courses by June 30, 2021.

AICTE Revised Academic Calendar 2021: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has released the revised AICTE Academic Calendar for sessions 2021-22 on its official website. The revised AICTE Academic Calendar 2021 can be checked online at aicte-india.org.

According to the revised calendar, for this academic session, the Council will grant approval to technical institutions, standalone PGDM/ PGCM institutes, and institutions offering ODL/ Online Courses by June 30, 2021. The affiliation by University or Board will be granted by July 15, 2021. The deadline for completion of the first round of counseling/admission for seat allotment is until August 31, 2021.

The classes for existing students of technical courses will commence on or before September 1, 2021, while the commencement of the classes for the fresh first-year students of technical courses is until September 15, 2021. The classes for existing and fresh first-year students of standalone PGDM/ PGCM institutions will commence on or before August 2, 2021. 

The last date for cancellation of admission for courses in PGDM / PGCM Institutions including full fee refund is until August 6, 2021, while the last date for admission to courses in PGDM / PGCM Institutions is until August 11, 2021. 

"All the AICTE Approved Institutions / Universities are requested to follow AICTE / UGC Guidelines on Examinations issued from time to time in view of Pandemic. The Classes may be started in Online/Offline (Class Room) or Blended mode (Online as well as Offline) following the prescribed protocols/guidelines related to Pandemic," reads the official notification.
