Swati Maliwal's Ex-Husband Calls For FIR In Assault Case, Makes Big Claim On Sanjay Singh
Swati Maliwal Assault Case: The former DCW chief's ex-husband called CM House 'gutter house' and said that Swati's life is in danger because she has been threatened.
Swati Maliwal Assault Case: Former husband of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal Naveen Jaihind said on Wednesday that an FIR should be lodged over the alleged incident of “misbehaviour” with the former DCW chief at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's official residence in the national capital.
Jaihind called CM House "gutter house" and said that the alleged incident is dangerous and Swati's life is in danger because she has been threatened. He also claimed that Swati is being silenced and that she should come out. Jaihind also questioned MHA, Delhi Police, and NCW for maintaining "silence" on the matter and said that the police should take cognisance of the matter. He also claimed that AAP MP Sanjay Singh also knew that such an incident would take place, and he was well aware of what happened.
"FIR should be lodged against Arvind Kejriwal because this happened at his home...Sanjay Singh is a parrot of Arvind Kejriwal. Singh knew that such an incident would take place, he knew what had happened," Naveen Jaihind said.
"You call that CM House, that is actually a gutter house. This is a dangerous incident. It is a huge scandal. FIR should be lodged against Arvind Kejriwal because this happened at his home...Swati's life is in danger because she has been threatened, otherwise, nobody would call up the Police like that or return from the Police Station. She is still being silenced...This is not my personal matter. I can't understand the silence of MHA, Delhi Police and NCW. Her life is under threat...Action should be taken and Swati should come out...She can't be scared into silence, I don't know what pressure has been put on her...Delhi Police should take cognisance of the matter...If my help is sought, I would definitely help. People are ready...Nobody knows them better than me," he further stated.
Maliwal on Monday went to the Civil Lines Police Station and alleged that a member of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's personal staff "assaulted' her at the chief minister's official residence, police officials said.

Delhi BJP President, Virendraa Sachdeva said, "The sisters of Delhi have come here to fight for the respect of another sister... Swati Malliwal, former Chairperson of DCW who continuously talked about the security of women is herself not safe, that too in the CM's residence then you can clearly understand the situation of Delhi...Delhi CM is silent... There is a big conspiracy behind what transpired in the house... If police conduct an investigation, big revelations will come out".
