MCD Election 2022 Live: Delhi State Election Commissioner (SEC) Vijay Dev on November 4 announced dates for the long-due Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. Delhi State Election Commission announced that voting for unified three municipal corporations - East Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation, and North Delhi Municipal Corporation - into one MCD will be held on December 4. Counting of the votes will be held on December 7 and the results will be announced the same day.

In the Mehrauli Delhi assembly constituency, there are a total of three wards to go under poll in the 2022 MCD election. The names of the three wards of the Mehrauli assembly constituency are Lado Sarai, Mehrauli, and Vasant Kunj.

1. Lado Sarai: In the Mehrauli Delhi assembly constituency, Lado Sarai is ward number one-hundred fifty-four in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 68,172. The Lado Sarai (Ward 154) MCD seat is unreserved.

2. Mehrauli: In the Mehrauli Delhi assembly constituency, Mehrauli is ward number one-hundred fifty-five in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 74,939. The Mehrauli (Ward 155) MCD seat is reserved for women.

3. Vasant Kunj: In the Mehrauli Delhi assembly constituency, Vasant Kunj is ward number one-hundred six four in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 57,080. The Vasant Kunj (Ward 156) MCD seat is unreserved.
